Read MoreIngredients: 1 mozzarella ball 1 cup all-purpose flour 2 large eggs, beaten 1 ½ cups breadcrumbs 1 tsp Italian seasoning ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp paprika ½ tsp salt Vegetable oil for frying Buffalo sauce for tossing Directions: Pat your mozzarella ball dry to remove moisture. Cut the ball into thick chunks (about 2-3 inches long and ¾’’ thick). Try and get 10-12 pieces. Place the chunks on a tray lined with paper towels and freeze for 1 hour. Set up a breading station with: 1 bowl of flour 1 bowl of beaten eggs 1 bowl of breadcrumbs mixed with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and salt Remove the mozzarella from the freezer and coat each piece in flour, then dip in egg, and finally press all sides into the breadcrumb mixture. Place the breaded chunks back onto the tray and refrigerate for 15 minutes while heating the oil. In a deep pan, heat 2–3 inches of oil to 350°F. Fry 3–4 pieces of mozzarella at a time for about 2 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Use a slotted spoon to remove the mozzarella sticks and drain on paper towels.
